Elements

In order to be successful in our program and for you to reach and surpass your goals you need to be prepared.

To throw you into the fire is probably not the best way to prepare you for long term success.

The Elements class is a series of private hour long sessions where a trainer will take you through the foundations of fitness and the keys to being able to thrive in our program.

The total cost is merely to cover trainer time and once the classes have been completed you can start into the program which is unlimited sessions with no contracts.

Schedule your sessions as closely together as possible so you can start in with our wonderful Fit classes!

Sedentary/Novice take 8 sessions

Active people take 4 sessions

In shape people with extensive exercise background take 2 sessions

CrossFit background take 1 session
