Our 1 hour CrossFit sessions are focused on functional fitness.

We first focus on making the body balanced and fully functional through the core and muscular endurance.

Once we see a balanced and functional person we then move into specific parts of the body.

Rest assured that this will be the single best workout program you ever participate in and that what you want is what you shall receive (with hard work and intensity being main components).
